Police have arrested and charged Benson Quammie, a 47-year old Land Surveyor of Cane Hall with the offence of Assault and Damage to property.
Quammie allegedly assaulted a 28-year old Auto-Mechanic by swinging a cutlass at him with intent to commit the offence of wounding.
The accused was also additionally charged with allegedly damaging one (1) Toyota Corolla car door handle value $180.00ECC, the property of the complainant.
The incident occurred about 8:00 am on the 07th January 2019.
