The Routledge Taylor & Francis Group, in collaboration with the ECCB, will launch the Handbook of Small States: Economic, Social and Environmental Issues via a regional media conference.
The launch will take place on Tuesday, 22 May – 11:00 a.m at the ECCB Agency Office, Frenches, Kingstown with video conference transmission to other participating endpoints.
Timothy N. J. Antoine, Governor, ECCB will chair the proceedings with presentations by:

- Delisle Worrell, former Governor, Central Bank of Barbados
- Winston Moore, University of the West Indies, Barbados
- Richard Bernal, University of the West Indies, Jamaica
