Dwane Blucher Director of the Letitia Jackson Legacy Foundation on Monday made a donation to the New Grounds Primary School.
The Donation came in the form of Four Desktop computer, 26 Whiteboards, Plaque and Gift voucher to the best Mathematics student in CPEA.
Gift Voucher to the best overall student will come in the form of book bags and stationery.
Blucher told News784 they are looking to develop a community relationship.
“Four years ago our grandma died after celebrating her 100th birthday, the foundation is meant to help her name to live on”.
Mrs. Nicole Barnwell, Principal of the New Grounds Primary School expressed thanks for the items donated and noted that it is timely and would go a long way in aiding teaching and learning at the school.
Mr. Blucher and members of the foundation would like to say thank you to the Director and staff of the Regional Integration and Diaspora Unit, who assisted in clearing the items from Customs.
