Police Report
On Sunday 21st February 2021, police arrested and charged Ziggy Shandy, 29-year-old Labourer of Owia. Shandy was charged with the offences of Grievous Bodily Harm and Actual Bodily Harm respectively.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly inflicted grievous bodily harm on a 50-year-old Labourer of the same address by chopping him in the head with a shovel.
Shandy is also accused of allegedly causing actual bodily harm on a 59-year-old Domestic of Owia by beating her about her body with a shovel.
The incidents occurred at Owia on Sunday 21st February 2021.
