Police in St. Vincent are now investigating the island’s 40th murder for the year 2023.

This comes after the body of a man was discovered on a road in the village of Carib, located in Campden Park.

The victim has been identified as Augustus Prince of Murray’s Village. It is reported that he was found with gunshot wounds to his body.

Prince’s death comes as police investigate the circumstances surrounding the killing of Mark Williams, a 31-year-old vendor of New Montrose.
