Information coming to hand is that a man was shot in the Central Leeward town of Layou, on Monday 4th June 2018.
According to reports, the man who goes by the alias “Stranger” was shot in the head sometime around 10 pm.
News784 understands the man is a van driver who plies the Layou = Kingstown route, he was shot while on his way home with the days’ earnings.
We were also told that he was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, his medical status was unknown at the time of publication.
