34 years old Glenville Harry of Vermont, 26 years old Elroy Rogers of New Montrose and 29 years old Roquan Robinson of Campden Park who were recently indicted on a charge of depriving Dr. Twanna Browne-Caesar of a quantity of items amounting to over $10,000.00 have now been joined by Police Constable Etienne Charles and Myreau resident Alrick Hanson on another charge of robbery.
The men are all accused of arming themselves with a gun and proceeding to Thomas Supermarket #2 situated at Brighton and robbed Lisa Wilson of one cash machine which contained EC$650.00 and approximately US$150.00 during which time they inflicted wounds to the body of Grafton Mc Dowald on September 14th, 2018.
The accused men appeared at the Kingstown Magistrate Court on the morning of Thursday, September 20th, before Senior Magistrate Rickie Burnett facing the two separate charges of robbery and wounding and were not allowed to enter pleas as the charges were laid indictable.
Court Prosecutor Corleen Samuel requested of the Magistrate to have the accused continue to be detained at Her Majesty’s Prison due to the fact that other investigations are continuing in relation to other matters, one of which is a report of murder.
Her application was upheld by the presiding Magistrate.
