The center of ‘T.S Kirk’ is expected to pass between 80 to 100 miles north of St. Vincent and the Grenadines between Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon.
Regardless of further development, occasional surface winds between 25 to 35 mph (40 to 55 km/h) with higher gusts could s pread across the islands starting tonight and persisting late Thursday into early Friday.
Moderate to heavy showers, periods of rain and scattered thunderstorms can be expected, with rainfall accumulations of 2 to 4 in ches (50 to 100 mm) and even greater in mountainous areas between Wednesday night and Friday. Residents should take the necessary precautions.
