Kingstown – Over the years 2020-2025, there will be massive construction taking place across St Vincent and the Grenadines.
The work which will include the construction of hotels, apartments and guest houses will see the expenditure of some 1Billion dollars.
A US 500 Million additionally is scheduled to be spent through an initiative by a significant CARICOM investor to build a 100 room hotel, 50 villas, 50 apartments, and other infrastructure on Petit Mustique.
In mid -September 2020, cabinet approved the Alien Landholding licence for this project for a 12-year build-out.
