The Mustique Charitable Foundation held its annual Bursary Award Ceremony at the UWI Global Campus on Friday 11th September.
The bursaries were awarded to three Vincentians who would be pursuing their studies at the University of the West Indies.
The bursaries cover up to 60% of funding towards their tuition and also cover the full length of studies for each recipient. In addition to the bursary, the Mustique Charitable Foundation also provided laptops for each student to help with getting schoolwork done and attending classes.
The three recipients were: Roella Bynoe, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Banking and Finance; Michael Williams, pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing; and Malissa Barrow Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Early Childhood Development and Family Studies
