The election petitions brought before the court by the Opposition New Democratic Party (NDP) party will be heard in early May, 2017.
Lawyers involved in the matter told News784 that May 3rd and 4th have been marked on the judicial calendar for hearing of the matter.
The NDP recently claimed a victory in St Lucia when the court of appeal said the ruling, by Justice Brian Cottle to strike out the petitions was done in a manner that showed an apparent basis.
The substantive matters surrounding the case was not heard in St Lucia as that offer was rejected by lawyers for the NDP.
