Nemo To Host Tsunami Mapping And Evacuation Meetings

The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) invites all residents and operators of businesses in Indian Bay and surrounding communities to a meeting at the Grand View Grill restaurant on Monday 16th September, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

The purpose of this community meeting is to sensitize persons to the Tsunami Ready Pilot Project which is being implemented on mainland St. Vincent from Kingstown to Argyle (Parish of St. George).

The Tsunami inundation map, evacuation routes and installation of tsunami signage within the area will be discussed.

All are asked to make a special effort to attend this community meeting on Monday 16h September, 2019, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Grand View Grill.
