The SVG Professionals Taxi Association, a non profit organization registered on May 2nd, 2018 whose aim is to offer Professional and Reliable taxi and tour operator services here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is making an appeal to the general public, in particular, those living along the waterfront in Buccament Bay, to desist from littering.

The appeal came during the Association’s first-ever clean-up campaign, which was held on Saturday, February 9th. Saturday’s beach clean-up was a collaborative effort between the Association, the National Parks, Rivers, and Beaches Authority and the Solid Waste Management Unit.

President of the SVG Professionals Taxi Association, Arrington Burgin, said that the Buccament Bay Beach clean-up was critical, as the beach was in dire need of cleaning.

The SVG Professionals Taxi Association pledges that this Clean Up Campaign will be a continued effort.
