Residents on the Grenadine island of Union Island now have a new sporting facility. The facility was opened on Monday 15th April, 2109.
The hard was constructed with funds from the government of St Vincent and the National Lotteries Authority.
The facility comes at a time as the government continues its efforts through sports to keep the minds of the youth focus while they are not engaged in academics.
The old hard court in Ashton was torn down making way for the new facility to be constructed. The facility boost a new pavilion, change rooms and washroom area.
