Terrano Samuel a 19 year old laborer of Troumaca is now before the Court on three separate charges which is said to have occurred on August 6th, 2018 at New Montrose.
Samuel is accused of arming with a knife and entering the premises of Grafton Francis of New Montrose as a trespasser with intent to commit an offence, wounding and indecently assaulting Paula Francis.
Samuel was escorted to the Serious Offences Court on Friday September 14th, facing the three charges before Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne which was laid indictable to which he was not allowed to enter pleas.
When the issue of bail arose Senior Prosecutor Adolphus Delpesche objected to bail stating that the accused is of interest to the Calliaqua Police with regards an ongoing investigation of a similar nature.
