There will be no imported white sand for the new development set to take place at Peters Hope.
The developers of Pace Development are following through on their theme “ Expect the unexpected”.
“ We are going to keep the sands black”, the assurance came from Principal Developer Joesph Romano speaking on Boom Fm recently.
The developer said that is very different and stated;
“We feel there are therapeutic benefits to having that beautiful black sand; it helps with many health conditions, I think it is beautiful to look at”.
Romano said swimming in Peters Hope Bay the water is clear you can see your feet, and also the fish once around, as I have experienced.
The developer said the other added benefit is not too many waves thanks to its location.
