CDC Chairman formally announced on Tuesday evening (17th January) that there will be no Miss Carival Pageant for Vincy Mas 2017.
The pageant has been replaced by an event dubbed EVO 4.0 which will be a celebration of the 40th anniversary of Vincy Mas
Another new addition on the calendar this year is a Soca Semi Finals.
