Assistant Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (NYPD), a Vincentian-born, Yonette Graham-DeCaul, paid a courtesy call on the Honourable Dwight Fitzgerald Bramble, Minister of Foreign Affairs, during her visit to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
The engagement provided an opportunity for cordial dialogue and the exchange of perspectives on matters of mutual interest, including engagement with the Vincentian diaspora and the significance of sustained collaboration between Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and its international partners.
Bramble warmly welcomed Assistant Commissioner Graham-DeCaul and conveyed his appreciation for her visit, underscoring the importance of strengthening ties with members of the Vincentian diaspora who continue to make meaningful contributions abroad.
