Mr. Arthur Williams, former Attorney General and former Member of Parliament, who passed away on August 7th, 2018, will be accorded an Official Funeral on Saturday 18th, 2018.
Official viewing of the body will be held on Friday, August 17th, 2018, at the House of Assembly from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Officials will view from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, and the general public from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The funeral service is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 18th, 2018 at the Kingstown Methodist Church commencing at 2:00 pm. This will be preceded by viewing and open tributes from 1:00 pm.
As a mark of respect, all flags throughout the State will be flown at half-mast on Friday, August 17th, 2018 and Saturday, August 18th, 2018.
The Government takes this opportunity to extend sincere condolences to the family of the late Mr. Arthur Williams during this period of bereavement.
