Serano Mckie a 25-year-old male from the Glen community was shot and killed sometime around 8.44pm on Tuesday night.
Another young whose name we have not been able to obtain was also injured and taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital.
Residents tell News784 that 8 gunshots were heard simultaneously, followed by the screeching of tires.
Police blocked off the area shortly after. Residents gave praises to the Police and Rapid response Unit for their quick response.
