The Accreditation Unit and the National Accreditation Board will be hosting an ‘Open House’ at the Red Cross Headquarters on Friday 2nd June from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. This event is one in a series of activities leading up to the recognition World Accreditation Day, 9th June.
The Open House will focus on assisting the public in becoming familiar with the process of and need for the verification of their academic qualifications. The verifying of academic qualifications can become a protracted exercise. Hence, it is not an over the counter service. It is therefore prudent to access the service well in advanced of the time for which the document is required to be used.
The Accreditation Unit is hoping therefore to expose the public to the process in anticipation that the public would be better prepared to take advantage of any credential related opportunities.
The Open House is one in a series of activities leading up to the recognition of world Accreditation day. World Accreditation Day will be observed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the first time this year.
