SVGCC 2026 Graduation CEREMONY
The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC) will hold its Annual Graduation Ceremony on Tuesday, 23 June 2026, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Independence Park.
This year, 961 students are eligible to graduate, having completed various programmes at the College. The distribution of graduands is as follows:
- Division of Arts, Sciences and General Studies: 440
- Division of Nursing Education: 42
- Division of Teacher Education: 48
- Division of Technical and Vocational Education: 349
- Centre for General and Continuing Education: 82
The theme of the graduation ceremony is “Tomorrow’s Leaders: Empowered Minds, Limitless Possibilities“, which celebrates the transformative power of education in enabling students to realise their full potential and embrace boundless opportunities for personal, professional, and national development.
The SVGCC is honoured to have Dr. Andrea K. Veira as this year’s featured speaker. Dr. Veira is a Vincentian scholar, crop scientist and educator with over 15 years of experience in agricultural development and education across the Caribbean. She is currently a Lecturer at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, with expertise in agroecology, biodiversity, and the integration of technology in education and agriculture.
The graduation ceremony will be streamed live on the College’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.
The SVGCC congratulates the Class of 2026 and looks forward to celebrating this significant occasion with the wider community.
