Youth Activist and Founder of the Peace4SVG initiative Christopher J. Grant has expressed his concern about the cementing of a star – The political symbol for the Unity Labour Party below the Control Tower at the Argyle International Airport in Argyle, St. Vincent.
The group in a release has called for its immediate removal.
Grant goes on to state that this request is in an effort to ensure continued peace and unity among all Vincentians.
Moreover, this project is a national project which will affect all Vincentians and should be treated as such he said.
” With the present political atmosphere, one may argue that this move will only cause a further division in a time when our economy is at the cusp of its “take off ”.
