PM Gonsalves: SVG continues to do well despite world economic issues

Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has said SVG continues to strive and thrive despite local, regional and international body blows.

Gonsalves made this statement while delivering the 2017 Budget Address in Parliament on Monday 6th February.

The Prime Minister noted, SVG is on the right track, making reference to the economy, poverty alleviation, safety and the imminent opening of the Argyle International Airport.

Gonsalves said the top ten developmental focus points of the government for this year includes Climate Change, Airport Development, Quality teaching and technology, Health and Education, Energy, Jobs, Housing and Poverty Reduction.
