St Vincent and the Grenadines is among several Caribbean countries that the United States has asked its citizens to reconsider travelling to due to COVID-19 related conditions. This country’s Prime Minister however, has called this advisory “laughable”.
“What is laughable is that the United States put out an advisory, the thing is hilarious, like its comedy central.
Imagine the United States of America, their authorities saying you must have an advisory to all the CARICOM countries that you must only visit if it’s essential travel, all except Haiti and Guyana and I think Suriname.”
The CDC last week issued a level 3 Travel Health Notice for Saint Vincent due to COVID-19.
