The Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) has issued an urgent public alert as they seek the whereabouts of 28-year-old Zouck Olanzo Owarlabi Mills.

Authorities have named Mills as a person of interest in ongoing firearm-related investigations and are warning the public that he is considered armed and dangerous.

Mills is a self-employed man who is known to reside in the areas of Barrouallie and Glen. Police describe him as 6 feet 2 inches tall with a slim build and a dark complexion. He can be identified by a distinguishing tattoo of the name “MILLS” located on the right side of his neck.

Law enforcement officials have issued a stern warning to residents: do not approach or attempt to apprehend the suspect yourself.

The RSVGPF is appealing to the public for assistance, emphasizing that community cooperation is essential to maintaining peace and preventing future tragedies. “Our silence is the greatest tool for those who threaten our peace,” the police force noted in their alert, reminding citizens that reporting the whereabouts of wanted individuals helps protect families and neighborhoods.

Anyone who has seen Mills or has information regarding his location is urged to contact the authorities immediately. Tips can be submitted by calling Police Control at 457-1211 or the emergency numbers 999/911. Alternatively, information can be directed to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) or Major Crime Unit (MCU) at 456-1810.

The RSVGPF assures the public that all information provided will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
