The Primary School Performing Arts Festival will begin on Tuesday 7th February 2017.
The festival has been deemed as one of importance and will focus on the holistic development of the Child.
Launched on Tuesday 24th, Jacqueline Blake-Browne, Senior Education Officer for Primary Schools, made a call for Teachers, Parents and Guardians to allow and facilitate the participation of students in the Festival.
She stated that she had seen improvement in the performance of students when they participate in the Performing Arts.
To this end Browne asked that teachers and parents take time off, to give the children that level of encouragement because it will help to improve their confidence and presentational skills.
