Prince Charles will visit St Vincent and the Grenadines during the month of March as part of his Caribbean tour.
Britain’s Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, will visit several Caribbean islands as part of there Caribbean tour a statement issued Friday said.
It said that the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, will arrive in St Lucia on March 17 and will be guests of honour at an event to mark the island’s 40th anniversary of political independence from Britain.
Onwards from St Lucia, the couple will visit Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, St Kitts-Nevis and Grenada, Cuba, and the Cayman Islands.
The visit to Cuba will be the first for members of the British Royal family.
Prince Charles is expected to meet with the Governor General and Prime Minister, before attending a military parade, at which he formally inspected the Guard.
The last royal visit to SVG was in November 2016 when Prince Harry visited the state.
