The Government and people of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines extended a warm welcome to His Excellency Salman Nabit Mubarak Abduliah Al-Khulaifi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of State of Qatar to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
His Excellency presented his credentials to Stanley Kendrick John, KC, Governor-General of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, on Monday, August 10, 2026.
During his official visit, His Excellency Al-Khulaifi engaged in a series of courtesy calls designed to strengthen the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two nations.
These engagements included a courtesy call with the Honourable St. Clair Leacock, Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; and the Permanent Secretary and other senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade, Foreign Investment and Diaspora Affairs.
The State of Qatar and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines established relations on March 21, 2017, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines continues to value its partnership with Qatar.
