Police arrested and charged Josephine Samuel, a 40 year old Domestic of Questelles, with the offence of possession of controlled drugs.
According to investigations, Samuel was charged with allegedly having in her possession 640 grammes of Cannabis, with intent to supply it to another.
The incident occurred in Questelles about 12:05 pm on 12th December 2018.
