Police arrested and charged Raheem DaSilva, 19 years old Labourer of Lodge Village with the offence of Damage to Property, on 09th November 2018.
According to investigations, on 05th October 2018 about 3:00 p.m. at Pauls Ave. DaSilva for without lawful excuse allegedly damaged one (1) concrete block bench valued three hundred and fifty (350) dollars and one (1) piece of corrugated steel valued two hundred and fifty (250) dollars, by smashing them with an unknown object.
The items being the property of the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
DaSilva is expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate court to answer the following charges.
