Police arrested and charged Lenroy Caine, 27-year-old Electrician of Richland Park for Assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest and for making use of Indecent Language, on Thursday 17th May, 2018 at 08:40 p.m.
According to investigations, on 05th March 2018 at 07:15 p.m. at Riley, Caine made use of an indecent language in a public place to wit, “The public road”. Caine, being confronted by police officer PC 496 Desron Dick assaulted him to wit, “By pushing him in the chest”, he being a police officer acting in the due execution of his duty.
Caine also resisted the arrest of PC 496 Dick to wit, “By pulling away”, he being a Police Officer in the due execution of his duty.
Caine is expected to appear before the Mesopotamia Magistrate Court on Friday 25th May 2018 to answer the charges.
