The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) is responding to a news article published by Asberth News Network (ANN News Network) on March 31, 2020, under the headline “Bank worker arrested”.
The RSVGPF wishes to inform the general public that a significant portion of that article is factually incorrect. Further, the information in the article did not come from any official police source.
Journalist are therefore advised to seek out factual information before publishing articles. Doing so will prevent undue alarm and protect the credibility of media organizations.
