Strengthening Fire Response: A New Addition to the RSVGPF

We are proud to announce that on January 13, 2026, the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) Fire Department officially enhanced its fleet with the addition of a specialized Toyota Fire Truck appliance, generously handed over by the Republic of China (Taiwan).

This maneuverable unit is purpose-built for rapid response and high accessibility, featuring a 100-gallon water capacity ideal for quick intervention and localized fire suppression.

Along with the vehicle, high-quality handlines were also handed over to ensure our fire officers are fully equipped to deploy the moment they arrive on the scene. Its compact design is a vital asset for our islands, allowing for faster navigation through narrow streets and challenging terrain.

This donation marks another milestone in the enduring partnership between our two nations and a shared commitment to public safety. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) for providing our first responders with the resources needed to protect lives and property more effectively. Keep an eye out for this new unit as it joins the frontline to keep our communities safe!
