With the exception of one school, all other Educational Institutions throughout St Vincent and the Grenadines will resume classes today Monday 3rd October 2016.
The only school which will not reopen today would be the Fair Hall Primary School.
According to a release from the Ministry Of Education, the date for the reopening of Fair Hall Primary will be made in a later announcement.
A number of schools across the island were used last week as Emergency Shelters for persons affected by Tropical Storm Matthew.
The Fairhall Primary School was part of the Caribbean Development Bank funded Basic Education Project II. The school was constructed to house approximately 350 students along with a Pre-School located on the compound.
The institution was Constructed at a cost of EC$5,355,076, the school consists of 14 Classrooms, Computer Laboratory, Music Room, Library and Tuck Shop along with other teaching and administrative areas .
The project was completed in September 2008.
