The Ministry of Education has advised that schools will be closed on Friday 11th November, 2016″.
All Parents, Teachers, Students and all others in the Education sector are asked to take note.
The news comes as a trough system will continue to generate cloudiness, showers, periods of rain and isolated thunderstorm across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Thursday night into Friday.
According to a release from the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Meteorological Office, soils are already saturated, therefore, residents in areas prone to flooding and land slippage should continue to exercise caution and be on the alert.
