Officers at the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in St. Vincent have opened an investigation into a report of wounding where it was alleged that a 14-year-old student of St. Martins School in Kingstown cut another 14-year-old student on the right side of his neck with a razor blade.
Preliminary investigations indicate that the incident occurred on Monday, February 19, 2024, at about 3:00 p.m. at the school’s compound.
