This country’s Senior Magistrate Bertie Pompey is sending out a stern warning to motor vehicle operators here to always adhere to the fines which are imposed upon them by the Traffic Officers by issuing of traffic tickets.

They were advised to pay their fines to the Department or the Treasury within 21 days once they do not have a defence instead of wasting the Court’s time.

The warning was given on Wednesday February 8th while presiding over traffic matters.

Pompey is of the view that the Legislators in their wisdom passed the relevant law to alleviate such situation.
