- Vincentian Sprint Phenom Keo Davis Visits Prime Minister’s Office
On Tuesday 9, Vincentian young sprint phenom and national U20 200m record holder Keo Davis paid a visit to Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves’s office.
Davis was accompanied by his father Otnel, mother Asha, and sister Kayla.
They met and talked with Gonsalves and Parliamentary Secretary Senator Shackelle Bobb.
Davis’ 2024 sporting season, academic studies, and short- and long-term aspirations were covered.
Gonsalves was particularly enthusiastic about Davis’ plans for training and education.
Davis won the 100-meter race on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Carifta Trials at Diamond Track Facility. He returned on Sunday 10 to win the 200m in a record time, qualifying for the World Under-20 Championships.
