St Vincent and the Grenadines is among nine Caribbean nations whose citizens have been granted visa-free travel to Spain for short-term visits.
According to an announcement from Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, citizens from St Vincent and the Grenadines, along with those from Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, and Trinidad and Tobago, can now enter the country without a visa.
This new policy allows for stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period.
The list of eligible nations includes 60 countries from various continents. Notably, Jamaica was not included on this list, meaning that Jamaican passport holders must still secure a Schengen visa prior to traveling to Spain.
