POLICE INVESTIGATE DEATH OF ONE-YEAR-OLD CHILD IN RICHLAND PARK
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a one-year-old child following an incident at a residence in Richland Park on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
According to preliminary information, sometime after 7:00 a.m., the child was found unresponsive inside the residence and was transported to the Levi Latham Health Centre for medical attention. He was later pronounced dead.
The child’s identity is being withheld because he is a minor.
A post-mortem examination is expected to be conducted to determine the cause of death. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.
