Vincentian Designer Kimya Glasgow Recognised by CARICOM
Kimya Glasgow Designs Inc. announces that its Founder and Creative Director, Kimya Glasgow, has been recognised by the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) as one of 56 Caribbean women shaping STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) under the regional campaign HERizon: CARICOM Women Shaping STEAM.
The initiative, led by the CARICOM Girls in ICT (CGICT) Partnership, was launched on World Children’s Day 2025 (20 November) under the theme My Day, My Rights, highlighting the importance of STEAM education as a fundamental right and a driver of the Caribbean’s digital and sustainable future.
