Police here in St Vincent are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 54-year-old farmer.
Ralph Garrick of Lowman’s Windward died on Wednesday, December 28th at the MCMH months after being struck unconscious by a fellow villager during an altercation.
Garrick’s death and that of 34-year-old Kamari Neptune of Campden Park bring’s the nation’s homicide count to a record high of 39 for 2016!!
