The National Insurance Services (NIS) would like to inform all insured persons, who are in quarantine or isolation and on sick leave, that submission of the sickness claim can be done by way of WhatsApp or email.
To submit, a clear photo of the claim and medical certificate must be taken and sent via WhatsApp to 456-1514 or emailed to [email protected].
Applicants are required to also submit a bank or credit union account number so a direct payment can be made upon completion of processing.
Upon completion of quarantine or isolation, the claim and medical certificate should be submitted to the NIS office.
