- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring in line with ECCAA/ BDCA/ICAO and other regional Caribbean aviation regulations
- Oversee corrective actions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage quality records, training, and vendor/subcontractor audits
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to uphold the highest standards of airworthiness and safety
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in aviation quality assurance or maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (ECCAA-FAA, EASA, or equivalent) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001/AS9100)
- ECCAA AME or A&P license or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven auditing skills and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Engineering Director
Engineering Director – OECS Aircraft Maintenance Ltd Argyle International Airport, St. Vincent and the Grenadines OECS Aircraft Maintenance Ltd, a leading Part-145 approved aircraft maintenance organization based at Argyle International Airport (TVSV), is seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Director to lead our technical operations and drive continued growth in the Eastern Caribbean. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering, maintenance, planning, and quality functions
- Ensure full compliance with ECCAA, EASA and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Manage the technical team, including recruitment, training, and performance
- Develop and implement maintenance programs, technical policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with customers, vendors, regulators, and senior management
- Lead airworthiness management, reliability programs, and safety oversight
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance/engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership role
- Type ratings or extensive experience on regional aircraft (ATR, DHC-6, etc.) highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Part-145, Part-M/CAMO, and SMS requirements
- Proven track record in team leadership, budgeting, and regulatory interface
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
