RSVGPF officer Robin Spencer drowns
Police have confirmed to the St. Vincent Times that one of its officers drowned on Sunday evening at Brighton (salt pound).
ASP Junior Simmons told the St. Vincent Times that the officer’s death is now being investigated, and police will issue a full press release.
Sources indicated to the St. Vincent Times that Constable Robin Spencer was fishing in the area at the time of the incident. The police did not confirm this information.
Spencer, it is reported, was attached to the Narcotics Unit.
