(Kingstown St Vincent) – Police operations conducted on Monday 5th July and Tuesday 6th July 2021, have uncovered two (2) firearms and a quantity of ammunition.
As part of an ongoing homicide investigation, a party Rapid Response Unit (RRU) personnel conducted a search in the community of Glen on Monday 5th July 2021 and recovered one (1) Glock 27 pistol, one (1) Glock 23 pistol, five (5) magazines, and seventy-three (73) rounds of .40 ammunition.
A further search was conducted on Tuesday 6th July 2021 which resulted in one (1) magazine containing fourteen (14) rounds of .40 ammunition being recovered.
Investigations into the discovery are continuing.
