PRE-SCHOOL TEACHER CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
On September 2, 2026, police arrested and charged Isis Samuel, a 19-year-old Pre-School Teacher of Diamond, with the offence of assault bodily harm.
According to investigations, on September 1, 2026, the accused assaulted a 23-year-old Junior Clerk of Fair Hall by pulling her to the ground with her hands, causing actual bodily harm.
The offence was committed in Villa. Samuel appeared before the Biabou Magistrate Court where she pleaded not guilty to the offence.
The conditions of her station bail continue. The matter was adjourned and transferred to the Calliaqua Magistrate Court for September 8, 2026.
