Team Athletics St. Vincent and the Grenadines announces the national representative team to this year’s Carifta Games scheduled for the Cayman Islands over the Easter weekend.
Following the submission of the Selection Committee, the Executive convened on the afternoon of Tuesday 2 April 2019. Mr. Woodrow Williams of the Selection Committee was in attendance to offer the rationale of the selectors.
The Executive then agreed on the following team:
Females:
- Ulanda Lewis -100m, 200m
- Odeshia John –Nanton – 400H, 4 x 400m
- Zamesha Myle -400m, 4x 400m
- Annecia Richards – 4 x 400m
- Ashanti Richards – 1500m
- Zita Vincent – 1500m, 4 x 400m (reserve)
- Tamara Woodley – 400m, 4 x 400m
Males:
- Nellie Ambriton – 800m
- Handal Roban – 800m
- Uroy Ryan- High Jump
- Jacque Edwards – Multi-event

The team leaves SVG on 16 and returns on 23 April 2019.
