News784 understands that a truck has plunged over an embankment in the community of Owia. The community is located on the Northeastern coast of the island.
News784 also understands that the truck was transporting arrowroot at the time of the accident. We were told that there were at least 2 persons onboard the truck at the time of the incident.
We were later informed that the driver has died. This yet to be confirmed by the Police.
